CONSUMER RIGHTS

Prices - Payment is in GB Pounds via Paypal.  Please contact me beforehand for price confirmation of personalised/commissioned goods.

The website is linked to Paypal which is the easiest and quickest way to pay for goods in a secure environment. When you click Checkout you will be taken to Paypal to make your payment.

Paypal accepts all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo. They use secure SSL technology to protect your card details from internet fraud.

Postage & Shipping - The prices shown are for first class delivery to UK mainland and Northern Ireland which usually takes 1-2 working days. In the unlikely event that goods ordered and paid for are not available then you will be contacted and offered the choice of a full refund or a substitute item.

Returns Policy - If you change your mind you may cancel your order and a refund will be issued. You must notify me by email that you wish to return the item within 7 days of receipt and return the item as soon as possible. Items must be returned at your own cost and be in a saleable condition. Reasonable care must be taken of the goods and where possible returned with the original packaging. A full refund, including the out-going delivery postage charges will be given.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure parcels are well packed, if your goods arrive damaged or are incorrect then please contact me at info@janscardsandcrafts.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. A refund or replacment of  the goods will be given as well as the cost of returning them. Please do not return damaged goods until you have contacted me.

Refunds will be made through PayPal within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation.

Please note that a refund cannot be given on personalised items that have been made to order, unless faulty/damaged, nor on earrings for hygiene purposes.

Abuse of Service - You agree not to use the website directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose or so as to cause distress or offence to any person. I reserve the right not to process your order if I decide that you are using the website for such purposes and ban you from placing orders in the future. 

Copyright - All text, software, photographs, graphics, images, page layouts, design and other material that is contained on the website is the property of Jan's Cards and Cards, governed by proprietary rights and laws.

You are not permitted to change, copy, store, publish, rent, licence, sell or distribute  any of this material.

Website Content - The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and I am not liable to you for your inability to use the service. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you via the website will create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms and conditions; and all warranties in respect of the website, the items supplied and any other services that may be provided through the website from time to time are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not prejudice your statutory (legal) rights.

Amendment of sites and services - I reserve the right to amend the website and the items and services and prices that are offered from time to time via the website without notice.
